About Me

I was born when Truman was President, raised a Presbyterian (Sunday School, church camp, Youth Fellowship, church-related college).  I tried to Episcopal Church in my twenties, then became a Unitarian.

In my forties, I wandered into the Episcopal church down the street, since the Unitarian Church was an hour away.  They had the most delicious doughnuts at Coffee Hour!  It was a short journey from attendee to the Hospitality Committee to the Newsletter to the Vestry.  But on the whole, it’s a long, strange trip, and there are a lot of times when I can barely see.  But there are those precious times when “the light’s all shining on me.”
